Very geeky but very thorough. @siracusa's great work: OS X 10.9 Mavericks: The Ars Technica Review

Read it through. Totally worth it if you want to know how's your Mac going to improve with OSX Mavericks. I still do some of my stuff on the Mac sometimes so it was interesting for me. Although I prefer my new iPad right now :-)

As much as I love working from home, I'd love to be able to work in this kind of an office every now and then. Amazing project. Vision.... And hopefully execution :-)

I hired my interim assistant a few weeks ago and I'm really happy with the first results. Just take the plunge and start today. An assistant is a life saver. Feels like that to me.

Daring Fireball: The iPad Air daringfireball.net screenshot

Great overall review by John Gruber. I'm going to post mine (and refer to it) very soon - as soon as I've touched one of these babies. And I'm ordering one right away (iPad Air, 64GB, space grey). The best part though is where John compares the performance of the iPad Air to the 2010 MacBook Air... and the iPad beats it! Just think about it for a moment... the iPad is more powerful than a 3-year old laptop... a great argument for going #iPadOnly right now.

This is really big. Where the Wall Street sees a "flat" increase, we see almost double the size of the iPad market. And this doesn't apply only to iPad publishing but iPad apps, everything... and our #iPadOnly book, too :-)

Something for truly Entrepreneurial and Lean (and a great idea): How To Launch A Startup Without Writing Code

feed.onstartups.com/~r/onstartups/~3/4agapQJsvQY/How-To-Launch-A-Startup-Without-Writing-Code.asp screenshot

To check if you have a market and if your startup can find potential customers, sometimes it's just enough to "appear" as you've got everything coded and use the free tools to create landing pages and stuff... and manually do the rest. Great food for thought.

After it's installed on my Macs, time to read @siracusa's: OS X 10.9 Mavericks: The Ars Technica Review

OS X 10.9 Mavericks: The Ars T... arstechnica.com screenshot

As every year John is writing a thorough Mac OSX review and as always he doesn't disappoint. After I installed the Mavericks I thought nothing has changed to my Mac. It didn't look all that different. The devil lies in the details as they say, and I'm sure John's got them all :-)

This article is spot on. Save it for later. This year the iPhone will sell even better thanks to the new-old iPhone 5c. Apple knows they're not doomed. They're killing it. And I'm definitely getting my iPhone 5s as soon as it's out.

Being both the iPhone user and an occasional Android user I felt it somehow but never saw a proof for it. Now we all know. Even the touch screen of 4-year old iPhone 4 is faster than the one of the this-year's Samsung Galaxy s4.... Wow.

Another usethis case in Polish. This time by @testeq, inspired by my #iPadOnly book: Czego używam?

Wow, my good friend Krzysztof is going #iPadOnly inspired by our book. So great. Can't wait to meet him again and discuss his findings and experience. If there is one guy on this planet who's a real GTD ninja and will definitely be more productive on his iPad by a large margin, it's him. Way to go, man!

After me and Augusto self-published our #iPadOnly bestseller this year I can only say that self publishing is the way to go to start "making it happen" for you. To learn how to do it, get Dan's book and he'll teach you everything you need to know. Totally recommended!

What a relief: Why a disembodied finger can't be used to unlock the Touch ID sensor on the iPhone 5s

Why a disembodied finger can&#... www.tuaw.com screenshot

So you can't just cut off someone else's finger to get to their iPhone. That's good news. The touch ID thing is the best thing that happened to the iPhone this time around and it's my main reason to get the 5s this year. I'm just hoping they'll do it as well for the iPad 5. I sure hope so. I don't want to use a code to access my iPad again. Let's wait and see!
