I'm still skeptical about how @ryancarson works: Is it possible to have a great product with no managers and a work-from-home culture?
I'm not sure how you're supposed to build a product when there is no strong vision behind it. I have a big vision for our Nozbe and it's the whole idea to unite my team and take part in this vision...
Well, anyway, good luck to Ryan, some ideas there we share but I think his version is just too radical.
