Great observation by Seth: For the one person who didn't get the joke
Seth's Blog: For the one perso...
When you're doing something that matters you should get used to the fact that someone will not get it. And that's ok. If you're obsessing over the guys who don't get you, you're making a mistake. Focus on the people who do get it. It's a more fun and rewarding journey.
Lots of folks don't get Nozbe and tell me "it's useless for them"... But the ones who get it, swear by it :-) and every time they make my day!

One of the reasons i moved my blog a few months ago: Posterous will turn off on April 30
Posterous will turn off on Apr...
I started blogging on posterous and loved it, but after some time I was worried about their business model... Turns out there was none and when they lost the "eyeball" game to tumblr, they sold to Twitter. It's a pity as the platform had much potential there :-/
This is why a few months ago I migrated from posterous to my own blogging platform. Smart move turns out :-)

I'm so proud of running the same company for 6 years now and can't believe these guys have been making the same car for 50 years! And I love this car... And as any other guy, I'd love to have one of these babies in my garage :-)

Just look how it's changed over years. What Apple used to be and what it's now. Now revise your own "about" statement ;-)

Cool interview with @plibin of @evernote: I’m Phil Libin, CEO of Evernote, and This Is How I Work
I'm Phil Libin, CEO of Evernot...
The interview is pretty wacky as Phil plays it cool, but it's still worth reading. He's a great guy and a great businessman. How he managed to grow Evernote so fast and so well is amazing. And we both share our affection for Japanese Sushi ;-)

A good question to be asking yourself: What's it for?
Nozbe was always about helping people get things done better. I never expected it to be my main business when I launched it. That's why in whatever we are doing, we have to ask ourselves these questions... Money is nice and profit is sweet, don't get me wrong... But the impact and satisfaction of helping hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world trumps anything :-)

Something one should create at the beginning of each year: 12 Rules to Live By
12 Rules to Live By : zenhab...
I'm setting up some rules myself for this year. As late Zig Ziglar said, when you make too many exceptions, you slowly give up control and make mistakes. So set up some rules. Live by them. Tweak them. And adapt. Every year...

My simple ways to be a happier...
I'm a thirty-something and I think the advice in this article is very relevant and very good. Just compare this to my last posts on my blog about habits and running - especially if you're past your 20s you should create habits that will help you maintain healthy life thorough 40s and beyond :-)

Very ambitious goals of @ryancarson: The Naive Optimist : My New Year's Resolutions
I think Ryan's obsession with body fat is hitting a peak. Seriously, cheating when you have 12% body fat is not a big deal. I like his audacious goal of 300% revenue increase. Something I'd like to achieve this year as well with Nozbe. Anyway, I think it's going to be a great year :-)
