Yes, this book literally changed my life. It changed my mindset. I really thought you should count calories... Now I know it's a myth and I lost 15 lbs just this year and this, without starving myself. Warning: many people will think you're ridiculous when sharing ideas from this book... But I don't care. I know for a fact that this works and these ideas hold merit. My lean and healthy body is the proof.

I'm still skeptical about how @ryancarson works: Is it possible to have a great product with no managers and a work-from-home culture?
I'm not sure how you're supposed to build a product when there is no strong vision behind it. I have a big vision for our Nozbe and it's the whole idea to unite my team and take part in this vision...
Well, anyway, good luck to Ryan, some ideas there we share but I think his version is just too radical.
